We’re a close-knit team of ground surgeons, with more than 100 years of collective experience in the construction, engineering, and mining industries, all of which have provided us with a deep technical understanding of our field. 

With vastly complementary skillsets, we work together closely to handle all technical and service aspects for our customers. We love the experience of restoring buildings, helping solve our customers’ problems, and delivering the finest, most durable groundwork services. 

Tim Pope
Director and CEO

Tim has more than 25 years of experience in commercial construction and engineering infrastructure. Today, he is responsible for Raise + Relevel’s business strategy, management, and administration.

Tim works with the team across all aspects of the business, driven by a passion to redefine the industry and deliver a better experience for R+R’s customers.

 

Morgan Trainer
Director and Ground Surgeon

Morgan has a construction background and more than 16 years of experience at a major provider of resin injection services, including 10 years of hands-on ground surgery experience. He has worked all across the world and gained a deep technical understanding of raising and releveling work, with a strong appreciation for communication and superb customer service.

Today, Morgan delivers resourcing and project support on a national basis for Raise + Relevel. He loves to deliver quality solutions to customers in person, answering questions and resolving their problems in the shortest possible time frames.

Pat Romeo
Ground Specialist

Pat has worked in building and construction for more than 25 years. He has extensive experience in residential, commercial, and local government contracts across Australia and England. Pat’s particular expertise is in structures, assessment, and accurate work scoping.

He loves helping clients find the best solution for their raising and relevelling needs, delivering them to the highest standard. Pat loves the variety of work at R+R, and he gets enormous satisfaction from the process of transforming unstable structures into rectified, balanced, and safe buildings.

Arthur Furness
Ground Surgeon

Arthur entered the construction world via the mining sector and specialised in piling, basement footings, and resin injection early in his career. His focus is fleet maintenance and stock control, and he continues to play a hands-on role at R+R, drilling one day and site inspecting the next. 

He particularly enjoys the process of fixing and restoring damaged properties and drives, seeing the customer satisfaction that results from a great job, well done.

Stephen Lyons
Ground Surgeon Director

Stephen has been in the resin injection industry for more than 20 years, levelling and raising buildings throughout Australia and New Zealand. He’s a qualified underpinner by trade and has a deep understanding of the technical elements of the work, as well as the standards required to deliver R+R’s 100% quality guarantee. 

Stephen loves the teamwork at R+R and the team’s passion for delivering a superb job with the highest standards of customer satisfaction. He gets a real sense of pride from helping customers, restoring buildings, and being part of a property’s history.

Pedro Faria Silvestre
Ground Surgeon

Pedro has more than 16 years of experience in the construction industry, primarily in the mining sector. He has worked on projects in Australia, New Zealand, and worldwide, building expertise in project maintenance, design, pumping, and resin applications. 

Pedro is driven by the goal of continuous innovation and Raise & Relevel’s drive to be at the forefront of the industry for results and customer satisfaction.
